Hello! I provide Telehealth individual therapy sessions for adults who are primarily experiencing anxiety and depression struggles. I also have experience working with people who have challenges related to food and their body. It is my goal to help people work through intense emotions, unhelpful thoughts, and challenging life circumstances. Using a strengths-based approach, I enjoy working collaboratively with those I work with to help them reach their goals. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and watching the MN Vikings.

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor, and have provided mental health services for over ten years. I have worked in a variety of settings before MN Online Counseling, including an eating disorder clinic, residential treatment, outpatient therapy, in-home skills services, and day treatment. My style of therapy includes having a nonjudgmental approach as I work alongside people in coping with their struggles. I believe it is better to go through the ups and downs of life with the help of others, rather than alone. I hope to have the opportunity to work with you.
